what we are looking for
As Glow’s first sale hire, this is an incredibly exciting opportunity to lead our go-to-market strategy. You will be the voice and face of Glow. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and most of all persistence.
We are growing fast and are looking for hungry, entrepreneurial, humble builders to join us in NYC.
qualifications
- 1-3 years in sales, preferably in the SMB space
- track record of success in a sales role
- bachelor degree or equivalent
- must be in NYC
responsibilities
- help build Glow’s sales playbook
- source and prospect ideal target client lists
- build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- qualify leads generated through outbound prospecting efforts via phone, email and social
- meet with prospects over the phone and in the field to introduce them to Glow
- actively listen to potential clients to identify business needs
- achieve high growth targets and exceed quotas
- be an expert at Glow’s product, current and planned features
- monitor and evaluate beauty industry and GenZ trends
- define, track & report on monthly sales targets
