What You Do
- Contribute to product launch project management by gather assets from photography, copy, and product, and manage product listings in our backend system
- Work cross-functionality with ecommerce and product teams to merchandise the site and test out collections pages and product placements
- Collaborate with growth team on testing strategy, offers, sales, landing page design, and other growth initiatives to maximize effectiveness of traffic
- Manage onsite experience by implementing new onsite features, owning popups and modals, and maintaining business-as-usual needs for our review and loyalty programs
- Analyze and monitor conversion funnel metrics and build KPI reports with large sets of data to identify trends, efficiencies, and opportunities that can help reduce funnel dropoff
- Shopify experience is a must!
