What we are looking for…
The AvantStay Internship Program offers a unique look into the quickly growing short-term rental market. We will open the doors to this new real estate asset class coupled with high-tech solutions that will provide an unparalleled guest experience. This is an opportunity to build a career in a massive industry growing at an exponential rate. Our interns are tasked with real, meaningful projects and responsibilities aimed at helping build both the Company and the skillset of the intern. AvantStay provides growth opportunities and mentorship in a fast-paced environment and seeks those who are passionate about hospitality, real estate, and technology.

This internship is a flexible, part-time, remote internship that requires 15-20 hours per week for 10-12 weeks depending on availability.

What you'll do...

  • Work directly with our Head of Growth to identify new opportunities to generate buzz and excitement around new properties, destinations, and product initiatives.
  • Play a role in developing marketing strategies on paid digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok).
  • Report on important metrics for each digital campaign -- this includes, but is not exclusive to, impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, and LTV.
  • Track key growth KPIs, such as Active Users, Sessions, Bounce Rate, and Guest NPS every week.

What you'll bring...

  • You are pursuing an undergraduate degree with an accredited University, ideally studying Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Journalism/Advertising, or a related field.
  • Creative and collaborative - you love working with a team and solving challenging problems.
  • You are an effective communicator, both written and verbal.
  • You’re organized, dependable, self-motivated & have the ability to multi-task.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office with a solid foundation in Excel reporting and analysis.
  • Eagerness to learn about growth and digital marketing strategy
