We are looking for an Associate to join the Strategy and Operations team focused on the in-treatment patient experience. You will focus on our core consumer aligner business. You will help build the best in class in-treatment experience for our patients, with the goal of building a community of patients who talk about Candid 2+ years after treatment. This role reports to a Manager on the Strategy and Operations team and is highly cross-functional, partnering with the Marketing, Product, Support, Orthodontic and Operations teams. This role can be 100% remote for now and will be based out of New York City starting summer 2022.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop an expert understanding of the current in-treatment patient experience by unearthing both qualitative and quantitative data (via patient interviews, patient surveys, etc.)
  • Contribute to patient research and project development with a focus on building MVP experiences to develop and test hypotheses
  • Work with your Manager and cross-functional team members on projects designed to improve in-treatment patient experience and deliver memorable experiences for our patients
  • Own the measuring and monitoring of in-treatment patient experience metrics (patient satisfaction, compliance, NPS, etc.), synthesize results, share out insights and propose areas for improvement
  • Use Candid’s analytical tool kit to delve into business problems or measure the impact of changes to in-treatment patient experience
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of experience in operations, strategy/consulting with an emphasis on operations, consumer insights or patient experience
  • Excellent communication skills; strong written and oral communicator
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot when strategies change; previous consulting experience a plus
  • Intellectual curiosity and complex problem solving skills, especially with regards to process efficiencies
  • Grounding in human-centered design with a natural empathy for users
  • Some experience with SQL, Salesforce, Looker, Google Sheets/Excel is a plus
