Serving sizes AA, A, B cups across a wide range of band sizes, we’re on a mission to empower small-chested people of all sizes with thoughtfully designed, well-fitting bras. Since launching on Kickstarter in 2017, our singular focus around fit has enabled Pepper to grow 400% year over year and rapidly amass a thriving community of adoring customers.
Pepper is looking for an eager Marketing Intern who will support multiple initiatives across key channels. You will learn in-demand skills around digital customer acquisition, influencer marketing, content strategy and business development.
For this role, areas of focus will include TikTok, YouTube, and media/brand/influencer partnerships, in addition to providing general support for the marketing team. More specifically, you will help with outreach for influencers and creators (TikTok, YouTube), podcasts, and assist with brand/influencer partnerships. You will help compile data and research to support media planning. This role will report into the Director of Growth Marketing who will be your mentor and oversee your internship program. You’ll also have the opportunity to work cross functionally and gain exposure to the broader team.
