Your impact:
Pepper is looking for an eager Marketing Intern who will support multiple initiatives across key channels. You will learn in-demand skills around digital customer acquisition, influencer marketing, content strategy and business development.

For this role, areas of focus will include TikTok, YouTube, and media/brand/influencer partnerships, in addition to providing general support for the marketing team. More specifically, you will help with outreach for influencers and creators (TikTok, YouTube), podcasts, and assist with brand/influencer partnerships. You will help compile data and research to support media planning. This role will report into the Director of Growth Marketing who will be your mentor and oversee your internship program. You’ll also have the opportunity to work cross functionally and gain exposure to the broader team.


  • Managing outreach and communications for influencers, creators, podcasts, and other media channels that require in-depth planning.
  • Assisting with reporting management and tracking needs for marketing channels.
  • Assist with campaign management and outreach for media, affiliate, influencer and brand partnerships.
  • Staying on top of media trends and identify areas of opportunity and concepts to test across the growth and brand marketing organizations
  • Assist with any ad-hoc reporting needs and provide analyses.

The perfect fit:

  • Currently enrolled as a Bachelors or Masters student or recent graduate — Marketing concentration or a relevant field preferred
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Team player and collaborator.
  • Independent, self-starter and ready to roll up your sleeves.
  • Excited and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
