What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner cross-functionally with various teams on projects to drive alignment on business cases and proposed GTM strategies
  • Execute alongside cross-functional teams and finance peers on the Strategic Long Range Planning process
  • Evaluate new business models to monetize on Truepill’s products and solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Biz Ops to drive new pricing/incentive strategies based upon rigorous business analysis and competitive market dynamics
  • Identify actionable insights to Truepill’s financials and strategic levers for growth, and size key opportunities to drive business impact (i.e., ROI analysis, scenario planning)
  • Conduct market research, find insights in data, provide key findings to internal stakeholders and drive execution based on those insights
  • Support M&A, capital raising, and due diligence efforts. Be a key contact point for fundraising processes and acquisition discussions, as well as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders
  • Play a key role in creating board materials, investor materials, and other ad hoc projects
  • Monitor key metrics in partnership with Data, Business Operations, and Company leadership to measure business performance, proactively highlight risks, improve forecasts, and implement actionable recommendations

We're Looking For Someone With

  • 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting
  • Prior experience in healthcare preferred (not required)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
  • Ability to think strategically, and objectively, effectively translating data into actionable insights, strategies, and financial plans
  • An appetite for ambiguity, and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Ability to be a self-starter who operates with some degree of autonomy, professionalism, and results-focused
  • Ability to manage and deliver on competing projects from all levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience in relationship-building and business partnership, and the ability to coordinate across various stakeholders
  • Experience manipulating large datasets and proficiency or willingness to learn SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
