Our product creates a unified customer profile by combining emails, live-chat, and social-media messages with e-commerce data such as purchase and delivery info. Combining all this data in a single application makes customer service more efficient and just better. Your responsibility: help me (the CEO) lead the company

  • Make recommendations on strategic questions. E.g. what market to go after? what should the org chart be next year? draft the company roadmap
  • Help identify needs for the leadership teams and fill them. Meet with top startup leaders, learn from them, bring back what you learned to either implement it at the company or hire someone who can do it
  • Amplify and improve the CEO’s communication
  • Update OKRs and review the team's performance. Prepare board meeting docs.
  • Some low level tasks, like reading and drafting answers to the CEO emails
  • The job would last about 1.5 years, and then lead to another role in the company

Your background

  • Consulting experience, with all that comes with it: highly organized, excellent communicators (both written and oral), and have broad strategic business knowledge
  • Interest in tech, ideally 1-2yr experience in a startup. We build a tech product so the more you know the industry the more impact you'll have
