Product Policy Intern (Summer 2022)

You Will

• Determine our product policies, including how our Community Rules inform our policies, what those policies should be, and in which product areas they are applied.
• Understand our Community Rules and other policies, and developing and refining specific principles and policies.
• Work with all company partners to identify policy issues, to solve those issues and bring improved products to our users.
• Collaborate and work cross-functionally with our teams and partners.
• Report to Roblox' Director of Content Policy in our Trust and Safety Product Organization.

You Are

• Entering 1st or 2nd year of Law School (Note: This opportunity is a Summer 2022 Internship)
• Experienced in or have pursued a personal interest in the online safety and policy space. This could include experience in Trust and Safety operations, policy, government relations, business and human rights, corporate social responsibility, privacy, compliance, legal, risk management, content moderation
• Eager to share and present your ideas across different audiences. You excel at written and verbal communication.
• You can distill complex issues into clear, easy-to-understand concepts.
• Excited to learn from a diverse team of subject matter experts and interested in the perspectives of others
• Have a passion for the community Roblox serves, and the policy issues Roblox needs to address.
