Strategy and Operations Associate at Nirvana Health

We are looking for a talented and motivated Strategy and Operations Associate to support the CEO and the executive teams in all business aspects and special projects. Your work will directly help in extending the executive team on the highest impact initiatives. This is a great opportunity to be a strategic business partner at a high-growth startup!

Our Mission

Cost is the #1 barrier to seeking mental healthcare and Nirvana's is on a mission to remove this barrier for every American. We will achieve this by rebuilding the financial infrastructure, where the payer and provider are able to collaborate and deliver a seamless payment transaction experience.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Act as a strategic advisor and liaison to the CEO and executive team, helping to execute the company’s highest priorities while working on longer-term special projects and strategic initiatives.

  • Establish an operational cadence of the business by bringing all the data and metrics for the executive team.

  • Assist with tracking key metrics to record financial statements, profit + loss, cash flow, weekly product usage, etc.

  • Facilitate effective decision-making and communication throughout the organization.

What You Bring

  • Passionate about mental healthcare, believes everyone should have access to mental healthcare and wants to delivery the best-in-class care experience

  • Has deep understanding of economical model powering the healthcare system

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. You are a diligent, process-oriented person.

  • Excellent project management skills and history of successful execution of project goals. Able to effectively manage multiple work streams that span functions and stakeholders

  • Effective and professional communicator, able to convey intricate ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfortable in business and technical discussions.

  • Impeccable follow-through, detail-oriented, and highly resourceful.

  • Results driven and thrives on taking ownership of complex tasks; Work autonomously. You are an advanced decision-maker.

  • Highly collaborative teammate, Hands-on mentality and a ‘no task is too small’ attitude

  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong need to learn and improve. You are open-minded and embrace feedback.

  • 2+ years of high-performance experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, venture capital or similar roles.
