We’ve delivered hundreds of thousands of meals, without any single-use plastic. Now, we are quickly expanding from Austin to all major cities in Texas, with nationwide expansion soon to follow. We are hiring a marketing manager to lead PTYDs efforts to triple revenue in 2022 and beyond. In this role, you will own entire end-to-end (ideation, execution, and reporting) lifecycle marketing initiatives, develop & optimize programs for customer acquisition, engagement, and focus on key touchpoints to drive growth. You will lead campaigns across our digital and offline channels.

You will collaborate closely with our Content Director, field marketing team, and report directly to the CEO.

Objectives of this role

  • Develop multi-channel acquisition marketing strategies to build a foundation for long-term growth by decreasing the cost to acquire new customers and increase customer lifetime value
  • Identify and prioritize new audience and channel expansion, leaning on both organic and paid opportunities to attract our ‘forever customers’
  • Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channels
  • Oversee campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CAC, user growth and cohort analysis.
  • Drive repeat purchases without relying on coupons and deals
  • Develop multi-channel retention marketing strategies to excite subscribers week after week for new menus, recipe launches, and retail offerings to drive retention and LTV
  • Collaborate with content creators on asset development for product and performance marketing
  • Work closely with our in-house Content Director and agencies on your creative needs for copy, video, design, etc
  • Provide direction to content creators, and oversee production from idea to execution
  • Own multiple channels end-to-end across email, social media, podcast, SMS
  • Collaborate with field marketing manager to develop acquisition and growth strategies
  • Develop deep understanding of brand and customer journey to drive brand loyalty
  • Deliver educational content about sustainability, food systems, and our mission across channels that resonate

Skills And Qualifications

  • 2-4 years experience in marketing role
  • Self motivated, goal oriented, performance driven
  • Growth mindset; quick and continuous learner
  • Experience with & eager to learn tools for analytics, growth, optimization/testing, and automation
  • Able to analyze data to inform strategy, creative ideation and execution
  • Equally comfortable storyboarding a video and crunching data in a spreadsheet
  • Quick to learn and incorporate new technologies and software tools
  • Experience delivering product marketing strategies
  • Highly effective cross-functional team collaboration and management
  • Exceptional editing, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Content creation - confident providing direction and getting in the weeds of content, copy, and design
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Eager to collaborate and initiate brand partnership opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Performance or growth marketing experience at e-comm / DTC brand
  • Influencer marketing
  • Digital Marketing (social media, SEO, paid ads)
  • Deep knowledge and curiosity of platform trends and tools
  • Graphic designing and video editing experience
  • Copywriting
  • Passion and knowledge of sustainability and food systems
