THE OPPORTUNITY:
 
Hint is seeking an experienced and energetic Talent Acquisition Manager to support our continued growth. The Talent Acquisition Manager will own the full cycle of our talent acquisition processes making sure that it's in line with our current and future talent goals and objectives. Additionally, this role oversees the full lifecycle recruiting for all of our roles from job description creation to candidate offer acceptance for entry-level through VP and above.
 
This is a full-time role, can be remote, and reports to the Senior Director of HR.
 
Proven recruiting experience in the following areas is a must: CPG, experience leading hiring for cross-functional teams: Creative, Marketing, Digital, E-commerce/Direct-To-Consumer (DTC), Operations, Finance, Retail Sales, and Administrative.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment in-house or a combination of in-house and agency
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter required 
  • Experience in Diversity Recruiting
  • Proven successes in sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending top talent for entry-level through senior positions 
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong business awareness and acumen; be able to understand our business and how each role will impact the entire company
  • Skilled proficiency with the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

TALENT ACQUISITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with the Sr. Director of HR to execute on hiring strategy and help in the planning of our organizational structure as we grow
  • Identify current and future hiring needs, challenges, and action plans
  • Support our hiring managers in all components of defining hiring needs – both current and future -- and then attracting, developing, and retaining talent
  • Identify strategies for engaging and closing the best candidates
  • Develop and implement standardized recruitment strategies and initiatives
  • Recommend compensation, benefits, and recruitment/retention strategies

RECRUITING RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creatively attract and engage talent, both passive and active
  • Execute on a high touch recruiting strategy making sure no candidates fall through the cracks
  • Coordinate interview processes, ensuring that interviewers are prepared and candidates have a positive experience with Hint
  • Support our hiring managers in all aspects of recruiting
  • Maintain data integrity within our applicant tracking system, Lever 
  • Provide interviewer training as necessary
  • Manage recruitment budget and relationships with outside agencies or recruiters
