Job Description
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to spearhead data driven marketing at ROSEN Skincare. The goal of this position is to ensure our brand is efficiently scaling our marketing efforts in a way that protects ROI, analyzes the market and puts in a place to scale. We need an individual with experience in marketing data, trend analysis and paid advertising to help take our brand to the next level.
We envision this role as the left-brained side of our marketing efforts, less creative and more data driven. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience within both DTC and retail marketing with the ability to understand and identify marketing trends. Additionally, you should have deep experience with paid advertising channels as well as organic social media marketing.
Responsibilities
- Analyze paid and organic marketing data and trends
- Offer perspective on the best forms of content for our brand
- Offer perspective on the best digital platform to engage on for our brand
- Coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to ensure all content is produced with conversions in mind
- Continuously test new marketing strategies, messaging and content types on both paid and organic
- Run and scale our paid marketing
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in marketing data analysis
- Deep understanding of Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads platforms
- Flexibility and willingness to test
- Great interpersonal and leadership skills
- Be able to diagnose marketing problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
- Comfortable when making decisions using limited information and resources
- Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to always be in problem-solving mode in a highly ambiguous environment
- Willingness to work and make decisions independently
- A passion for the mass CPG space
