Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

 

The eCommerce Manager will report to our Director, eCommerce. This individual will be responsible for catalog growth across our brand portfolio, as well as drive promotion plans and execute new marketplace opportunities for eCommerce and OmniChannel. In addition, the eCommerce Manager will deliver revenue targets at DTC retail and specialty online account and pursue new, online customer partnerships.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement selling plans with current accounts to achieve growth targets and corporate goals

• Identify and solicit new business opportunities with emerging eCommerce accounts and platforms

• Manage weekly/ monthly account communication

• Allocate trade spend within approved budgets and maintain promotional system entries within company system/ tools

• Execute new item launches with planned promotional and marketing support at D2C and other accounts

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Marketing teams on seasonal activations and new item launches

• Audit and optimize product listings across brand and retailer portfolios

• Analyze current business trends and identify improvements and risks

• Control weekly/ monthly customer metric reports, including sales and new item execution

• Participate/ Lead special projects and assignments, as required

• Participate in all other miscellaneous SMPL and departmental tasks, as required

• Attend departmental/cross-functional meetings

 

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:

• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word

• Understating of eCommerce and Digital Marketing best practices and tools

• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills to interact with Executives and team leads at all levels

• Ability to manage projects simultaneously; Adjust to changing priorities; Drive strategic projects to successful delivery

• Comfortability working in an entrepreneurial environment that requires a solution-oriented mindset

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS/BA degree, required

• Minimum 5 years experience within one (or all) of the following: eCommerce, Merchandising and/or Sales

• Prior cross-functional experience working with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance

• Experience managing sales revenue and budgets

• Experience in CPG, highly preferred

• Experience using Shopify and Power Bl, a plus

** Work is performed in a fast-paced office environment and may be stressful at times. Work may require sitting for long periods of time; requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier and fax machine and scanner.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The compensation available for this role includes base salary, and an annual short­ term bonus. All incentive plans are subject to management and Board of Directors discretion.

The projected annual base salary range for this role is: $80,000 to $115,000

The annual short-term incentive target for this role is: 20% of your annual base salary
