Job Overview

Eberjey is seeking a driven Social Media & Content Manager with an incredible creative eye and love for all things social media. In addition to building and engaging our community and new audiences, the Social Media & Content Manager is responsible for developing and producing visual storytelling across all our organic social channels. We are looking for somebody who can operate with a high degree of autonomy, while also collaborating closely with Marketing, Creative, Retail and Customer Service to support needs and goals.

 

You will be successful in this role if you embrace an analytical, data-driven approach to building our social channels in support of Eberjey's business objectives, but also have your finger on the pulse of culture and know exactly what our target market is doing, reading, watching, and listening to, as well as what other successful consumer brands are doing. You're very comfortable writing short form and long form copy - from snappy captions to the right hashtags.

 

Please include a portfolio of previous social campaigns you have developed and executed.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage day-to-day activity across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn, from concept to execution
  • Develop overall organic social media strategy, audience growth plan, content calendar, and measurement/KPI framework that supports business and brand goals, and drives awareness, engagement and traffic
  • Provide performance reports and monitor and analyze social metrics to drive effective growth strategies
  • Lead community management for a brand's social channels while owning the brand's voice and driving conversation with followers
  • Identify, evaluate, brief, and manage individual creative, brand, publisher, and brand partners for specific social content initiatives
  • Manage brand ambassador program and vet inbound opportunities with influencers, UGC opportunities and like-minded brands
  • Conceptualize and produce dynamic visual content; oversee asset creation and photo shoots for social channels
  • Research competitive landscape to identify seasonal trends, strategic initiatives, best practices and social innovation
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, including campaign development, new launches, store events and more

 

What you’ll need:

  • Passionate about the current social media landscape, digital innovation, trends and creating high-quality, of-the-moment social content
  • 5+ years of social media experience. Preferably 3+ years of content marketing for a fashion, lifestyle or beauty brand
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (specifically consumer facing copy for digital channels)
  • Artistic eye and elevated aesthetic; strong creative vision and skills in photo, video and design
  • Natural inclination to constantly ideate new ways to bring the brand to life on social media
  • Strategic and results oriented mindset, with a focus on driving desired ROI and maximizing resources to drive the highest impact
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills and a problem solver mentality
  • Strong relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
