Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt's Customer Advocacy Specialist for the eCommerce / Direct to Consumer team, you will be supporting our customers and manage the order fulfillment process. You will be provide an unmatched level of customer service to all internal and external customers.

What You're Good At:

  • Supporting the eCommerce/DTC/Digital team with all order fulfillment, order management or related projects, and other tasks
  • Managing and maintaining eCommerce/DTC/Digital customer accounts within our Web Platform and ERP system
  • Assisting in handling order modification requests
  • Supporting transfer orders and inventory management processes
  • Ensuring all shipments are processed timely and accurately and communicating with the appropriate teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues
  • Ensuring external and internal customers receive world-class customer service including accurate and consistent communication
  • Tracking all customer requests, setting timelines, and holding all internal and external customers accountable for meeting the deadline
  • Communicating with third parties regarding all fulfillment related processes and topics
  • In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
    • Response time to customers
    • Accurate Order Processing
    • In-Stock and Inventory Levels

What You Contribute:

  • 1-4 years of experience in eCommerce/DTC inventory Management, Supply Chain, or Sales operations in the service industry, preferably with a Consumer-Packaged Goods company
  • Experience with ERP and WMS systems
  • Microsoft Excel skills and reporting experience
  • A detail oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced working environment
  • Service driven attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Self-starter with efficient time management
