Revival is the first home goods brand and marketplace of its kind. We’ve strategically distributed our management team across the globe to discover and design unique products, and we rely on digital channels to connect customers with authentic, well made, and affordably-priced pieces from makers around the world.

 

We started Revival with a focus on handmade rugs — our hero product — and we’re gradually expanding our offering to include complementary home goods. Our team utilizes steady product launches and limited edition, one-of-a-kind inventory to drive demand online. Developing high quality products and telling the authentic stories behind them continues to resonate with our fast-growing customer base. Our journey has been chronicled and our products have been featured in Forbes, WSJ, Architectural Digest, FastCompany, and a multitude of other leading business and home decor publications.

 

We are seeking a world-class VP, Growth to achieve acquisition, retention and revenue goals for Revival.

 

The VP, Growth will be responsible for:

  • Developing and continuously refining Revival’s customer acquisition and retention strategy across all digital channels including: search, social, programmatic, display, video, affiliate, influencer and email
  • Creating strategy and driving growth in greenfield mediums that we haven’t yet tested including, but not limited to, streaming tv ads, OOH advertising, podcasts, and direct mail
  • Understanding and measuring Revival’s customer lifecycle and develop growth strategies to improve retention and increase customer lifetime value
  • Refining our current approach to attribution and continuously making improvements to gauge channel performance
  • Understanding purchase behavior on the site and adapting growth strategies to the customer experience and vice versa
  • Defining best-in-class practices and KPIs for each digital marketing channel to drive sales, profit and engagement while also testing and launching new channels
  • Serving as a digital leader to Revival by clearly articulating and communicating your goals, roadmap, key decisions, and relevant learnings to company leadership and key stakeholders
  • Leading and mentor a results oriented, performance driven digital team

 

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Extensive experience leading a data driven performance marketing team and scaling ad budgets, owning a minimum of $10M paid marketing budget across diverse channels, ideally in-house with a fast-growing DTC brand
  • A strong understanding of data and a focus on rigorous testing to optimize campaigns -- in particular, you're constantly thinking about LTV, CAC, and ROAS
  • A successful track record of managing, building and scaling highly effective growth teams
