As a Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll use powerful brand storytelling to make meaningful connections with prospective patients and the broader market. You’ll make Hey Jane a brand people love. This role reports directly to Hey Jane's Head of Marketing.

 

In this role, you will

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to cost-effectively generate brand awareness, adoption, and loyalty

• Own the evolution of Hey Jane’s brand positioning and messaging

• Oversee the development of brand and campaign assets, including brand identity, written content, photography, video, and ad imagery

• Work with growth marketing, and third-party players, to amplify Hey Jane’s brand message across channels (social, podcasts, out-of-home, TV, print, etc.)

• Build an active community of brand evangelists

• Create digestible reports proving campaign results

 

 

About you

• Savvy cross-channel marketer, hungry to make an impact

• Aptitude for creative brand-building tactics: activations, community engagement efforts, viral content

• Excellent storytelling skills to create content that deeply resonates with our audience

• Experience with a B2C, brand-driven company

• Project management rockstar, with the ability to rally cross-functional teams around a campaign plan

• Experience managing external talent, consultants, and/or agencies

• Sharp eye for design, informed by market insights

• Strong muscle for data analytics to measure success

• Experience building partnerships with other brands and influencers

• A self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively
