THE ROLE
The Global Ecommerce DTC Project Manager
- Lead high-priority, complex, cross-functional projects within the Global DTC Ecommerce team, inclusive of managing New Product launches, Category Development, New Market Entry, seasonal projects,
- Partner with Global Brand teams to ensure Brand Strategy and requirements are executed on digital platforms
- Work on special project and initiative identified by the DTC leadership team
- Collaboratively partner with stakeholders across the organization to influence and execute upon project goals in a timely manner

- Primarily US-based travel in year 1
- 1-4 times Globally per fiscal year
Key Responsibilities
- Manage New Product Launch timelines across Global teams, inclusive of partnering with Global Brand teams, Brick & Mortar sales teams and Regional DTC teams
- Ensure all deliverables are met on time, on budget, on scope, on quality, adhering to defined Program & Project Management methodologies
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal partners, balancing competing priorities and championing the Brand & Digital Priorities
- Support Program & Project reporting and documentation processes; deliver status and analysis for leadership on an on-going basis; track and resolve issues
- Focus on maximizing business & consumer value for the Kylie and KKW teams
- Strive to continually optimize and improve business processes in partnership with DTC leadership
Experience
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 6+ years of experience in Project Management at an Ecommerce or Digital first company
- Previous experience in Digital Project Management, Consulting or Ecommerce Brand Management
- Must be able to adapt to changing and/or competing priorities
- Exceptional time management skills and an impeccable eye for detail
- Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
- Demonstrated experiencing in managing multiple project simultaneously and exceeding expectations while working within a fixed budget and schedule
- Intellectually curious about the Beauty Industry, Digital Trends and Continual Process Improvement
- Ability to work independently and know when to effectively manage upwards
- Experience working in a busy Ecommerce environment and being able to demonstrate flexibility when plans change
- Strong client relationship management skills, able to work with internal stakeholders across geographies
- High attention to detail
