What You Will Do:

  • Be a central part of our mission to become the expert design and marketing partner for small businesses by helping teams across Vistaprint to understand their impact on customer experience and how they can become more customer-centric.
  • Develop and maintain Vistaprint’s first company-wide customer experience (CX) data products that will be the basis for important strategic decisions, prioritization of improvement projects, performance management, and the trigger for operational actions. Being responsible for the design, set up and implementation of new solutions from proves of concept to mature scalable products.
  • Build a deep understanding of your global, multi-faceted partner base, becoming a recognized specialist in CX measurement throughout the organization who translates new insights, requirements and features into a product backlog.
  • Build a consistent and integrated CX measurement system along the customer journey that harmonizes the results and insights between different sources and allows for meaningful interpretation and reliable results, e.g., considering the recency bias of NPS measurement.
  • Deploy new technologies and methodologies to increase the response rate, statistical validity, and level of insights to CX surveys and infer and identify sizeable improvement opportunities from customer feedback.
  • Work with agile product teams of analysts, data scientists, and data engineers.
  • Act as champion for CX measurement and proactively intervene on matters that create roadblocks to individuals or to organizational success, by working closely with the team raising issues to leadership when necessary.

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Technology and work experience in analytics and/or technical/digital roles
  • Deep experience in CX analytics and in setting up and operating state-of-the-art CX measurement systems and help the organization to drive actions from it
  • Experience setting up statistically valid surveys and experimenting around optimizing surveys and survey design

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CX measurement and analytics related technologies
  • Strong statistical and analytics skills
