As a Product Designer, you will be an essential part of designing our new product, so you will have the liberty to create, implement and have a strong impact on the final result of our SaaS product. We’re looking for a highly collaborative hands-on individual who is curious, passionate, adaptable and lives at the intersection of balancing user need with business goals. You can identify user motivations, launch experiments, evaluate data and test results, and use qualitative research methods to validate experiments.
What You’ll Do
Participate actively in the research process for the product discovery phase, being able to understand both users, market, and business needs.
Translate new opportunities into consistent user flows that generate great user experiences within our product.
Design beautiful and cohesive solutions that reflect our mission and values through refined visual choices.
Build, grow and maintain our Design System, proactively collaborating with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of wireframes and prototypes.
Take care of the project's documentation and advocate for the best practices in DesignOps.
Conduct user tests and validation sessions to gather insights for product iteration.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of experience creating user personas, doing user research, usability tests, and data analysis
Minimum of 2+ years of experience crafting user flows, user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes
Minimum of 2+ years of experience designing for data visualization
Excellent visual, graphic, and art direction skills
Basics of UI animation and motion
Confidence in understanding metrics and KPIs
A solid experience working with Figma styles, libraries, components, and variants
Proven track record creating and maintaining scalable Design Systems
Fluency in English
