Circe is an early-stage B2C marketplace for complementary, holistic healthcare based in London.

We're looking for a Tech lead to be the first tech hire and who will build the company’s tech team, define and create our tech stack and system architecture as well as drive new features. Looking for someone with a strong interest in healthcare, significant experience with marketplaces and a pragmatic, innovative and team-based approach to leadership. Both salary and equity options. We're based in London, open to remote and excited about candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the build of our marketplace tech stack and system infrastructure
  • Work closely with the founder on designs of all software components and features
  • Build a strong IT & Product team with high-quality output to meet ambitious growth plans 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead at start-up or as a direct report to the Tech Lead/CTO
  • Strong track record developing technological products and roadmaps as well as recruiting, training and managing people
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills, both in technical as well as high-level business conversations
  • Customer obsessed, innovative, pragmatic team player
