🚀 Your role

You'd be joining the founding team with a focus on planning and executing our social media strategy in tandem with our CEO. Depending on your appetite, your responsibilities could expand significantly as the company grows.

Areas you'd own

• Plan the content calendar on a weekly basis.
• Create, publish and distribute content across Gelt social channels.
• Engage in online discussions relevant to our company or product.
• Engage with our community on Discord.
• Compile data-driven insights to optimize Gelt's social reach.
• Share user/community feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.
• Work on co-marketing and social initiatives with our industry partners.

Desired experience

• Building online communities on Twitter, Facebook, Discord and/or Instagram.
• Clear written communication skills with high grammatical and spelling standards.
• Visual content creation with Canva, Photoshop or equivalent.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and a drive towards data-driven decisions.
• Entrepreneurial experience or early team member in a pre-Series A startup.
• First-hand experience using blockchain, cryptocurrency and/or DeFi products.
