We’re looking for an ambitious operations lead, who is excited to build and run the operations that will underpin Evvy’s growth. Working directly with the CEO and Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for operationalizing complexities across our physical product, digital product, and healthcare providers (e.g. including optimizing our supply chain, launching our coaching platform and managing the experience of Evvy’s customers). You will own the day-to-day and future of Evvy's operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, resourceful and strategic, and is energized by the goal of closing the gender health gap.
The Role:
- Manage supply chain for Evvy’s test kit and future products across procurement, packaging, fulfilment and delivery, including managing relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
- Operationalize our online coaching service for Evvy customers
- Manage customer experience and customer support across Evvy products, work closely with product and marketing teams to continuously integrate customer feedback and improve customer satisfaction
- Analyze data and performance / operations metrics to continuously improve, optimize and scale Evvy’s operations
- Oversee operating budget and forecast operating costs to feed into Evvy’s financial planning
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading operations for a high-growth start-up, or equivalent business unit
- Experience working across production/manufacturing, fulfillment and delivery, and working with providers and tools across the supply chain
- Familiarity with customer experience management tools
- Strong project management skills, excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- We’re open to remote work for the right person but we’d prefer someone able to work in NYC
