The Role

As a talented Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for Tenet’s social media accounts and prioritize working on creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image with customers, the electric vehicle and Fintech communities, in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a Social Media expert, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Responsibilities

  • Research target audience preferences and current trends 
  • Develop and implement social media strategy, aligned with business goals
  • Set specific objectives, track performance, and report on ROI
  • Create, publish, and share original content
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer feedback and reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Covers, profile pictures, and blog layouts)
  • Provide data analysis and metric reporting for leadership team
  • Collaborate with other Tenet teams, including product, marketing, and customer success to ensure brand consistency

Requirements

  • Proficiency in many social media platforms
  • Success as a social media manager for a start up or brand
  • Passion for electric vehicles and fin-tech
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and results oriented
