As an Operations Coordinator at Blend, you embody being resourceful, proactive, and being a team player. You will be a key member of the small but mighty Operations team, working closely with Homeownership Journey Group Managers, IT, Employee Experience, Legal and Compliance, and Facilities. You are responsible for empowering and collaborating with all relevant stakeholders to scale our business in an effect and supportive way for all Homeownership Journey employees. A successful Operations Coordinator pokes holes, interested in discovery, and problem solves. 

How You'll Contribute:

  • Develop a strong understanding of Blend’s Homeownership Journey teams, needs and priorities 
  • Scale our Homeownership Journey Onboarding experience for new employees and managers so the experience is positive through and through 
  • Maintain and continually enhance a central source of truth for resources, information, trainings, tools, etc. 
  • Discover and identify new areas for improvement and development 
  • Foster a collaborative partnership with Homeownership Journey stakeholders
  • Who You Are:

  • 1+ year work experience in a fast paced environment 
  • Highly personable, supportive and willing to help individual
  • Eager to learn and open to experimenting new things and being comfortable with the uncomfortable
  • Autonomous, self-efficient, self-motivating, and happy to try new things!
  • Experience working on highly detailed projects which require organizational skills
