Senior Consultants work to support Intelligent Buildings' three practice areas of strategy, design and cyber security (for building controls.) The role of Senior Consultant is a vital part of the IB team in their support of customer engagements. The ideal candidate for the role would possess the following capabilities:
Senior Consultants are expected to be able to develop competencies that support the development and delivery of multiple components of Intelligent Buildings' offerings to customers such as:
Senior Consultants are creative problem solvers capable of delivering technical services and solutions across IB’s broad customer set. They should be able to communicate effectively to various audience types across the numerous business and technical topics IB’s services address. They should have a desire to be a part of a dynamic learning culture based on a team-centric workstyle.
Senior Consultants can lead/manage internal projects and projects at customer sites and possess the ability to grow into managing both IB and customer resources.
Experience:
Prior technical or consulting experience in the fields of IT, real estate, building systems, or building operations desired.
