General Position Summary
Provide strategic planning and collaborative leadership to ensure the effective and efficient development or a project and operational strategy assistance for software installation, and project/operations support for clients and for hardware and software applications. Travel time is estimated up to 50%.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities
Contribute to research, development and execution of the technology strategic plan that supports the goals of the organization. This is for both internal and external hardware platform/software applications.
Conduct job observations, field inspections, or sub-metering to collect data for energy conservation analyses.
Evaluate construction design information such as detail and assemble drawings, design calculations, system layouts and sketches, or specifications to develop an understanding of the systems that Resolute is monitoring an analyzing.
Analyze, interpret, or create graphical representations of energy data, using engineering software.
Perform measurement, verification, commissioning, or retro-commissioning of systems and equipment that is monitored and trended though the Resolute software platform.
Responsible for reviewing various clients building systems including Fire, Security, HVAX, Metering, and Lighting (etc.) to evaluate performance, identify infrastructure capabilities, and make recommendations aligned with solution offerings.
Inspect and monitor energy systems, including heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) or daylighting systems to determine energy use or potential energy savings.
Oversee design or construction aspects related to energy such as energy engineering, energy management, and sustainable design.
Be an active participant in industry related professional associated (i.e ASHRAE, ASHE, etc.)
Qualifications
Minimun of 3 years of energy efficiency project management or equivalent
Proven ability to translate business objectives into technology initiatives; ability to identify scope and approach to initiatives as well as formulating short and long term technology plans and budgets
Maintains good understanding of pertinent building and energy codes
Education and/or Experience
Four-year Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering
