THE POSITION

FanDuel is seeking a Creative Operations Associate to assist in project managing creative work throughout the organization. This includes working with various marketing team members to intake creative briefs, assign resources, develop and monitor project plans, and ensure on time deliveries.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Help oversee capacity of creative resources by assigning projects to copywriters and designers
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Assist various marketing stakeholders in preparation and trafficking of materials, ensuring on-time delivery of assets
  • Participate in brainstorms about creative strategies
  • Help assess project risks
  • Help facilitate adherence to guidelines and processes
  • Submit invoices to finance systems and ensure payment
  • Opportunity to manage ad hoc projects from creative brief to delivery

THE STATS

What we’re looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Experience managing timelines and deployment in a robust business preferred
  • Comfortable managing concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast paced landscape
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana a plus
  • Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus
