Description:

  • Full cycle planning and implementation of integrated marketing communications across channels, including but not limited to print, digital, video, experiential, and other related content-based projects.
  •  Develop and execute effective integrated marketing communication strategies (across all major consumer touch points) and incorporates fan/consumer decision journey thinking from inception to completion.
  • Ability to influence and/or direct cross-functional teams in developing new and innovative brand driven ideas and channel-specific content to meet key brand metrics, business objectives, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Prioritize development of all design, digital and video production work requests.
  • Ensure on-time project work follows the right processes and approvals for branded content, design, digital and video, to ensure all work product cohesively supports the overarching brand strategy.
  • Provides creative alternative solutions to drive a cohesive brand experience across all channels and across process, resource, budget, time, and/or technology constraints.
  • Collaborates across disciplines and departments to create and manage master content plans, project plans and timelines; real-time adjustment of content and timelines as necessary to address issues as they arise.
  • Maintains master annual calendar of key tentpoles and brand relevant activities.
  • Identifies opportunities to adjust and streamline processes for efficiencies, and suggests alternative workable solutions where dictated by new opportunities, senior leadership requests, timeline or budget constraints.
  • Keeps team informed of next steps and any changes as they occur. Communicates clearly and frequently. Develops team communication plan; monitors and adjusts as needed to ensure effective and efficient communication.
  • Partners with internal clients to meet their production need and is able to guide conversations around scope and timelines.


Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, English, or related liberal arts field, plus two (2) years of experience in cross-channel content planning and integrated marketing project management.

Skill Sets:

Candidate must also possess:

Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) in flexible/adaptive project planning methodologies, including rollout and adoption of project management software tools, such as Asana, to multiple department and external parties, centralized file delivery system, and hierarchy of approvals to maintain communication and project deadlines.

DE in consumer decision journey, channel best practices and consumer behaviors, production needs, and processes in a multi-channel environment.

DE in at least the following delivery mediums: interactive/digital and content development on social media platforms (specifically YouTube, Instagram, and Giphy), digital advertising campaigns, and influencer video content creators.

DE effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously that include various assets: video, motion graphics, AR, print, and experiential within a matrixed environment to deliver to cross-functional team members and external agencies and partners.
