Holmusk is building the world’s largest Real-World Evidence platform, starting with behavioral health. Combining a leading behavioral health database with AI-powered analytics and digital solutions, we are advancing the frontier of evidence generation and fueling innovation.

We are growing our US team and are looking for a Manager/Director who is passionate about making an impact in behavioral health. We are looking for an experienced business development/ commercial operator who is excited about commercializing new analytics solutions and our Real-World Evidence platform, NeuroBlu, working closely with Pharma and Life Sciences companies, plus potentially Payers and Health Systems. This role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer to develop and execute the go-to market strategy for NeuroBlu, Holmusk’s Real-World Evidence (RWE) engine. (https://neuroblu.ai/)

The role is based in the US (New York City preferred, but we are flexible for the right candidate).


Responsibilities

- Drive the development and delivery of NeuroBlu’s go-to market strategy and construct the operational roadmap for client journeys from from initial engagement to contract renewal
- Build out NeuroBlu’s strategic customer pipeline and identify key stakeholders and decision- makers within target companies
- Set ambitious targets for NeuroBlu sales with clear operational plans to deliver on them
- Own client delivery timelines, collaborating with internal & external technical teams to ensure milestones are met and that overall client delivery is clear and on track
- Manage, track, and communicate progress and risks across multiple teams (technical, operational, product, data science) and stakeholders
- Articulate the value of Holmusk’s capabilities and work to expand the scope of NeuroBlu’s core capabilities and services
- Support activities to identify, research and develop content for business development opportunities with current and new clients


What we are looking for

- 8+ years (Director) or 5+ years (Manager) of experience in healthcare, preferably dealing with data & analytics applications
- Preferred experience in commercializing healthcare or analytics SaaS solutions
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and clients
- Strong understanding of commercial delivery, roll-out, and risks
- Experience working with senior leaders of pharmaceutical companies
- Ability to work and develop relationships across diverse global teams
- Willingness to learn and communicate Holmusk’s advanced analytics approach for Real-World Evidence, especially inside Pharma/Life Sciences companies
- Someone who is motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, proactive and pays attention to detail
