  • Experience buying across paid social and paid search (Facebook & Google primarily)
    • Must be proficient in both; can't be one or the other
  • Experience buying for DTC e-Commerce brands
  • The perfect candidate has either (or both = unicorn status!):
    • Experience buying internally (client side) at a DTC e-Commerce company
    • Experience buying externally (agency side) on behalf of DTC e-Commerce companies
  • Will own launching, managing, optimizing and reporting on campaigns in both search and social platforms
  • Responsible for delivering against key client KPIs (CPA, LTV, ROAS)
  • Comfortable client facing
  • Highly collaborative with NFA Performance Team & across the NFA Grid
  • Understands the full paid marketing funnel and how to build/optimize against the user journey
