- Experience buying across paid social and paid search (Facebook & Google primarily)
- Must be proficient in both; can't be one or the other
- Experience buying for DTC e-Commerce brands
- The perfect candidate has either (or both = unicorn status!):
- Experience buying internally (client side) at a DTC e-Commerce company
- Experience buying externally (agency side) on behalf of DTC e-Commerce companies
- Will own launching, managing, optimizing and reporting on campaigns in both search and social platforms
- Responsible for delivering against key client KPIs (CPA, LTV, ROAS)
- Comfortable client facing
- Highly collaborative with NFA Performance Team & across the NFA Grid
- Understands the full paid marketing funnel and how to build/optimize against the user journey
