Our Values at loop+

Make an Impact

For customers and our business. We co-design with customers to deliver meaningful and motivating impact. We’re obsessed with finding the action a user can take to make positive changes in their everyday life.

Always be Learning

We listen. We are curious and seek out continuous improvement. We surround ourselves with diverse opinions to challenge our experience and knowledge. We have the courage to change.

Deliver Outcomes

We have a bias towards action – getting the product into the user’s hands. We’re aligned to deliver outcomes not tasks, understanding what success looks like for our users. We value excellence over perfection.

Take Ownership

We own our own improvement: we’re honest about mistakes and learn from them. We raise issues and propose solutions. We lend a hand outside our core role.

Measure what Matters

Quantify impact of behaviour change. Seek moments that matter for our users. Scale insight into tools for sustainable healthy habits for the greatest number.
