Product Lead (Palo Alto, CA)

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for driving our product strategy from conception to launch, while working closely with the engineer leads to deliver the best possible experience to our customers.

• As our first product hire, you will have a massive impact on Hyper as a rapidly-growing early-stage company, including recruiting.

• You'll work to ensure our product consistently scales with our expanding user base and our strategy as a company.

Qualifications

• You have deep product management experience with at least 2 years leading high-performing teams of both technical and non-technical talent

• You have a proven ability to listen to customers and use data-driven insights to develop and execute on a creative product vision.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment with an ability to execute quickly.
